Mr. Amit Bhasin : In practice for over 31 years, Amit specializes in Labour and Employment related laws. Head of the International Law Division of the Firm, Amit , has practised litigation before the various State High Courts as well as the Supreme Court for over 25 years. Exposure to trade unions and strikes has given Amit the opportunity to deal with issues of strikes and lockouts, clousures and lay-offs, and advising MNEs through these challenging times.
